The site is located next to a historic mill site dated back to the 1100s within the Winchester Conservation Area. The existing mid-century modern building was an unattractive book-end to a series of terraces. With a small budget, we updated the buildings external envelope through small touches, such as repainting the facade to break the massing down, and updating the fenestration.
