At the beginning of your residential project, whether you are building an extension or revamping your home, we will sit down and discuss exactly what it is that you are looking to achieve. We are then able to carry out a site analysis, and coordinate the necessary surveys, which enables us to create a brief and pave the way for bringing your vision to life.
At this stage of the process, we will closely work with you to create designs and sketches that transform your ideas into tangible drawings & images. With the assistance of computer aided modelling, we will create 3D perspectives and renders that help you visualise your ideas in a more realistic way.
Once the concept design phase is complete, we then continue working on your project designs and solidify your ideas. This will include everything from material samples to full plans. Once you are 100% happy with the design and approach, we can then submit your planning application, should this be required.
In the technical design phase, we work through drawings that can be interpreted by your chosen contractors, and liaise with them directly to help streamline the move into the construction phase. Depending on your project and your needs, at this stage, we can be as involved as you like. Some of our clients are competent within the industry and prefer a more involved approach at construction, whereas others wish to be hands off with a more turnkey service.
Once the contractor is on site, we can work collaboratively with the team to make the construction process as smooth and efficient as possible. We understand that construction is inherently disruptive and complicated, our aim is to take away as much stress and worry, implementing and overseeing the works so that they are finished as intended, on time, and within your budget.
On completion of construction, you will finally be able to enjoy your unique, hand-crafted space. We are experienced specialists who have worked through this process many times handing over projects to our clients as intended and agreed, we are here to make sure the process is done correctly and your risk exposure is minimised at every stage including hand over.
