Located in Portsmouth, we worked with the client to convert a 3 bedroom house into a high-end 7 bedroom all en-suite HMO aimed at young professionals. We maximised room sizes and amenity space whilst providing an en-suite to each of the rooms. We confidently and successfully achieved planning and building regulation approval for the client whilst also advising on Nitrate and SPA mitigation.
